Marc's Music instruction goals are devoted to giving a wide range of music instruction for all ages at an affordable price. As a teacher, I try to help each of my students learn to the best of their ability and help them realize their full potential. I have found through many years of teaching that the best method of one to one teaching is to tailor the lesson plans to each of the students personal needs. As a guitar teacher, I have been instructing students for over 10 years and I am capable of teaching all genres and styles of music. I have been playing violin for 20 years now and have been providing violin instruction for 10 years. I divide my Violin students into two groups: beginner, and intermediate. Suzuki Training is one of the primary methods I use as a violin teacher. This is a special training designed to teach the student to learn to play both reading music and by ear. I have a strong background in music theory and notation, which I incorporate into my lessons. The ability to read music is an important part of both my guitar and violin lessons. Education: B.S Science with a Minor in Music Rutgers University
Experience: Participated in the New Jersey Youth Symphony, and New Jersey All-State Orchestra
Played classical violin as a soloist for several church organizations.
Participated in a Local Band as a lead guitarist for 5 years, Rhythm guitar fill-in as well.
